Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong hands-on experience in hiring Sales , Business Development Positions across Sales functions. The ideal candidate should be a strong stakeholder manager, excellent communicator, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure and joining.
- Handle hiring across Sales (B2B & B2C) roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for niche and leadership roles.
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and motivation.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management & Closure
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure timely documentation, background checks, and pre-joining engagement.
- Track offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, processes, and compliance standards.
- Support audits and data requirements related to recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Sales Hiring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Stable career profile with consistent tenure in previous roles.
- Immediate joiner or available to join within 15 days.
