Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate records in ATS / internal systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firms
- Strong expertise in sourcing and closing roles across domains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Compensation
- CTC will range between ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and interview performance
