Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding applicants through the selection process. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and ensuring timely and effective staffing for various functions within the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Daily activities include updating recruitment dashboards, working with external partners when needed, and ensuring compliance with internal hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, ensuring fair, structured, and competency-based assessments.
- Ability to contribute to Employer Branding, including promoting the organization through social media, events, and talent outreach.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR within a fast-paced environment, preferably in consumer products, retail, or fitness-related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
