About the Role:
Go Green Consultancy is looking for motivated and target-driven professionals to join our team as Career Advisors / Talent Acquisition Executives. In this role, you will work closely with IT consultants and guide them toward contract opportunities in the US staffing market.
You will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, understanding their career goals, and onboarding them into our consultant network for project opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, recruitment, and career consulting in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with IT professionals looking for new contract opportunities
• Explain our consulting and staffing services to potential candidates
• Build strong relationships with consultants and understand their technical background
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process
• Maintain regular communication with consultants and support their career growth
• Achieve monthly onboarding targets
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment, consulting, or sales roles
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Target-oriented mindset
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or staffing is a mandatory
