About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about HR and recruitment and are eager to build a career in US Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Understand job requirements and assist in finding suitable candidates
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is an added advantage
Comfortable working during US Business Hours
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Any graduate can apply

On-site work from Mohali, Chandigarh office
