Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for end-to-end manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding across departments and branches. The role ensures timely hiring of the right candidates within approved budgets, conducts structured induction and orientation programs, and supports retention through continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning
· Regularly gather hiring requirements from department heads and branch managers
· Analyze and track manpower plans on an ongoing basis
· Ensure recruitment aligns with approved manpower plans and budgets
Recruitment & Selection
· Ensure every hiring request is supported by an approved manpower requisition form
· Obtain approvals for non-budgeted positions before initiating recruitment
· Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to closure
· Ensure recruitment timelines (TAT) and cost budgets are adhered to across all grades
· Handle job portals, recruitment agencies, and internal hiring channels
· Maintain candidate engagement post-offer and pre-joining
· Manage internal promotions through tests and interviews
· Drive and monitor employee referral programs to ensure quality hiring
Employee Turnover & Retention
· Identify early attrition cases within 6 months of joining
· Analyze attrition reasons and implement corrective hiring strategies
· Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance quality of hire
· Track competitor salary benchmarks and industry roles
MIS & Reporting
· Maintain recruitment tracker
· Maintain manpower requisition tracker
· Track budget vs actual recruitment cost
· Prepare attrition analysis reports
Knowledge,Skills & Abilities
Educational Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
