Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will oversee full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance employer branding, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. By collaborating with hiring managers, you will identify staffing needs and implement solutions to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
- Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
- Background in designing and executing hiring strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with FinTech, blockchain, or technology industries is a plus
