Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on-site at our New Delhi office. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing hiring and employer branding strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and building talent pipelines. The selected candidate will collaborate with department managers to understand workforce needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and implement effective talent sourcing techniques. This position plays a key role in identifying and onboarding top talent that aligns with our organizational goals and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies to identify and engage top candidates and in Bulk Hirings
- Expertise in Hiring processes (Job Portals) and Interviewing techniques
- Experience in building and promoting Employer Branding initiatives
- Excellent communication, networking, and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with department stakeholders and management teams
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, metrics, and modern hiring platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
