About the Role
Managed end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures. Handled offer negotiations and pre-onboarding formalities, while providing regular updates through weekly dashboards, monthly analytics,
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment ensuring timely and quality closures
- Identify and engage candidates through approved sourcing channels and platforms
- Schedule and facilitate interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
- Lead offer negotiations and oversee pre-onboarding formalities including documentation and compliance
- Share weekly hiring dashboards and updates with hiring managers for visibility and planning
- Prepare monthly analytics for review
- Actively contribute to weekly TA review meetings to track progress and resolve bottleneck
Qualifications
