About The Role
We are seeking a highly research-driven Leadership Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in anchoring our global talent sourcing efforts for senior and leadership roles across various functions including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Strategy, and Operations. As a Leadership Sourcing Specialist, you will focus exclusively on market intelligence, talent mapping, and initial engagement with high-caliber leadership candidates across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas regions. This is a pure sourcing role with a strong headhunting mandate, requiring a proactive and strategic approach to identify passive talent and build high-quality leadership pipelines.
The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment and stakeholder teams to define search strategies, conduct market research, and establish credible first-level contact with senior leaders. Your efforts will directly influence our ability to place exceptional leaders in organizations that need transformational talent. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in executive search or leadership sourcing, with a preference for those with a pure sourcing focus. Proven success in sourcing senior functional leaders and engaging passive candidates is essential. Candidates should demonstrate deep expertise in market mapping, Boolean search techniques, and talent research methodologies. Strong understanding of global talent dynamics, leadership hiring practices, and experience working across multiple regions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills are required, especially confidence in first-level candidate conversations, to build credibility and interest. A high degree of ownership, curiosity, and a research-first mindset are critical attributes for success in this role. Candidates should be adept at leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms, and should have a proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality leadership talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead proactive headhunting efforts for senior and leadership talent globally, utilizing market intelligence and targeted outreach strategies.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through insight-led outreach initiatives, establishing initial contact and building interest.
- Partner with internal recruiters and stakeholders to define search strategies, identify target talent pools, and align sourcing efforts with organizational needs.
- Own the first interaction with leadership talent, ensuring a professional and credible engagement that positions the company as an attractive employer of choice.
- Build and continuously refine high-quality leadership and senior talent pipelines, maintaining a robust network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
