About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and non-IT sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a self-driven attitude, with experience in full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within IT and non-IT sectors. A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to mentor junior recruiters. A thorough understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and market conditions is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and data presentation tools is required to oversee recruitment metrics efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, define job roles, and develop clear job descriptions.
- Conduct comprehensive job analysis to identify key skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each position.
- Proactively source candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, headhunting, and networking channels.
- Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse sources.
- Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews to assess their suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with organizational culture, providing insightful feedback to hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing tools to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
