About The Role
The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) at Schbang is a vital role responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding creative and digital talent. This position involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates across various roles in creative, design, account management, planning, media, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and experience in digital sourcing tools. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree from a recognized university. Candidates should have between 6 months to 2 years of experience specifically in reputed advertising or digital-first agencies. A strong understanding of creative portfolios and the ability to evaluate talent across multiple disciplines such as copywriting, design, branding, account management, media, SEO, and planning is essential. Proficiency in digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed is required. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Candidates must be comfortable working from Lower Parel, Mumbai, and should be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles across creative, design, account management, planning, media, and SEO functions.
- Engage with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital portals to attract suitable talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, evaluate portfolios, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Maintain organized documentation of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics to ensure process transparency and efficiency.
