About The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across various verticals, ensuring timely and quality placements.
- Source and identify potential candidates using diverse channels including job portals, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and assess their fit against client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Create and refine Boolean search strings to streamline candidate discovery and improve sourcing efficiency.

- Update and maintain accurate records within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

- Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
