About The Role
The Talent Partner – Human Resources role at Spectral Consultants offers an exciting opportunity for experienced recruitment professionals to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization. Based in Bangalore, this position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in end-to-end talent acquisition, particularly within manufacturing and engineering domains. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains the best talent in a competitive market. This role involves managing large-scale volume hiring, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with a focus on manufacturing and engineering roles. Proven expertise in volume and bulk hiring processes is essential, along with a thorough understanding of ATS platforms, preferably Workday. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively. A passion for talent acquisition, combined with strong stakeholder management and people engagement skills, is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of six years of experience recruiting for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers (LV, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers), Production Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, and similar technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies that align with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to provide guidance throughout the entire talent acquisition process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, offers, and market insights.
- Act as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert, ensuring transparent, evidence-based processes and recommending improvements to enhance the overall talent acquisition function.
- Maintain high data quality within ATS platforms and enable on-demand insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for manufacturing and engineering roles.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to streamline interview processes, facilitate candidate evaluations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to advise hiring managers effectively.
