About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Partner – Human Resources to join our team in Bangalore. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our hiring initiatives by providing strategic guidance and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. You will serve as a key advisor, managing multiple recruitment projects, and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient hiring process. Your expertise will help shape our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and secure high-caliber candidates who align with our organizational values and objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in end-to-end talent acquisition, particularly within manufacturing and engineering domains. Proven experience in volume and bulk hiring is essential, along with a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for engaging stakeholders and candidates effectively. A passion for recruitment, combined with a strategic mindset and attention to detail, will enable you to excel in this role. Specific qualifications include:
- End-to-end talent acquisition experience for manufacturing and engineering roles.
- Experience in volume and bulk hiring processes.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, with preference for Workday.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for hiring, engagement, and people management.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant recruitment experience, particularly for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers (LV / Switchgear / Circuit Breakers), Production Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, and similar positions.
Responsibilities
The Talent Partner will be responsible for a variety of strategic and operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Serving as a strategic talent advisor by understanding the hiring needs of various departments and developing targeted sourcing and attraction strategies to meet those needs.
- Partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to provide guidance throughout the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and assessment to offers and onboarding.
- Managing recruitment projects efficiently, ensuring transparency, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to best practices.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in recruitment processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Maintaining high data quality within ATS and other recruitment tools to enable real-time insights and reporting.
- Engaging with candidates and stakeholders professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and market insights to provide proactive advice and competitive offers to attract top talent.
