About The Role
Talent Partner – Human Resources at Spectral Consultants is a vital role designed for experienced recruitment professionals who are passionate about building high-performing teams within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Based in Bangalore, this position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver a seamless and strategic talent acquisition experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in volume and bulk hiring for technical roles such as manufacturing engineers, electrical engineers, production engineers, and mechanical design engineers. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple hiring projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, specifically within manufacturing and engineering domains.
- Extensive experience in volume and bulk hiring processes.
- Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and candidates.
- A passion for recruitment, stakeholder management, and fostering people engagement.
- Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers (LV/Switchgear/Circuit Breakers), Production Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, and similar technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by understanding hiring needs and developing targeted sourcing and attraction strategies to meet those needs effectively.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to provide guidance throughout the entire talent acquisition process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, offers, and market insights.
- Act as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert, ensuring transparent, data-driven processes and recommending continuous improvements to enhance the talent acquisition function.
- Maintain high-quality data within ATS platforms and enable real-time insights to support informed decision-making across hiring initiatives.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
