Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on-site at our Indore office. In this role, you will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, guide candidates through the selection process, and contribute to employer branding efforts. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and hiring processes
- Experience in Recruiting and managing recruitment pipelines
- Knowledge or experience in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site environment
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in talent acquisition: 1-2 year.
