Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and help build the company’s employer brand. Additional responsibilities include maintaining applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Hiring and Employer Branding strategies
- Strong Interviewing skills and ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools is a plus
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
