Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full life cycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent aligned with the company's goals. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining employer branding strategies to enhance Etech's recognition as a preferred employer. The specialist will play a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience while contributing to workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and approaches
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and manage Recruiting activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role is an advantage
