About the Role
TruScalar is seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for enterprise customers. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong ownership of requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, screening, client communication, coordination, and successful closure of positions.
The candidate should be able to independently manage recruitment operations, interact with clients professionally, assess profiles accurately, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth hiring execution from requirement intake to candidate onboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Requirement Management
- Understand customer manpower requirements clearly and convert them into actionable sourcing plans.
- Interact with client stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.
- Participate in requirement clarification calls and status meetings.
- Gather role expectations, mandatory skills, project background, and hiring urgency.
- Ensure correct interpretation of job descriptions before sourcing.
- Maintain strong client communication and relationship management.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
- Source relevant profiles through:
- Job portals
- Internal database
- LinkedIn
- Referrals
- Consultant networks
- Social sourcing channels
- Build candidate pipelines for ongoing and future positions.
- Ensure quick turnaround for priority requirements.
- Perform market mapping for niche skills.
- Coordinate with external consultants and staffing partners.
- Track sourcing channels for effectiveness.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation
- Review resumes thoroughly against client requirements.

Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews across stakeholders.

- Track all interview rounds.
- Coordinate rescheduling if required.
- Handle interview follow-up.
Offer and Closure Management
