Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Responsibilities include enhancing employer branding to attract top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintaining a high standard of candidate engagement and experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Skilled in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessments
- Experience with Hiring processes and talent engagement
- Knowledge of Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
