Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading full-life cycle recruiting, coordinating hiring processes, and developing strong employer branding strategies. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, vetting applicants, and providing a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role will also involve implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong Employer Branding strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective Hiring collaboration
- Ability to execute creative and innovative talent acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with the solar energy industry or similar technical fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
