Job Overview
EbizFiling India Pvt. Ltd., a leading business services company, is looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience. This role involves managing hiring for both internal positions and client requirements, with complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities● Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both in-house and client hiring requirements
● Collaborate closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and expectations
● Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview rounds, and support final selection decisions
● Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS, and tracking systems
● Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
● Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
● Handle onboarding formalities, including document collection, verification, and HR documentation
● Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate verification records
Skills & Qualifications● Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
● Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
● Ability to meet hiring timelines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
