💻 Role- Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Ed-tech Industry candidates are preferred)
📍Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 5.5 days a week
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and documentation
- Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices
