What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles — from sourcing to offer
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified tech and non-tech candidates
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals to source passive talent
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and skills
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates
- Stay on top of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent insights
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT staffing or consulting
- Strong understanding of tech roles and the ability to assess technical profiles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience hiring for North American markets is a strong plus
