Key Responsibilities:
π Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end hiring for key roles across digital, sales, marketing, and R&D.
- Develop scalable hiring processes to match our hypergrowth phase.
- Implement strong employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Identify the right talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Maintain strong coordination with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Update and manage candidate records using CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements:
π Education: MBA/PG in HR or related field.
π Experience: 3-5 years in HR recruitment roles, preferably in D2C, FMCG, beauty, or wellness brands.
π₯ Skills: Strong recruitment acumen, CRM expertise, leadership abilities, and a data-driven approach to HR.
π Bonus: Experience in fast-paced startups or scaling businesses is a plus.
