Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with various teams to implement effective strategies to attract talent, support employer branding initiatives, and help cultivate relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building a talented team to drive the company's mission forward.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Proficiency in conducting Interviews and identifying top talent
- Skills in Hiring and managing candidate pipelines
- Ability to support and contribute to Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in using modern recruitment tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
