Role Description
Customer Capital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Noida/Mumbai, with occasional flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding top talent. Other responsibilities include developing and promoting employer branding initiatives, designing effective hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Collaboration with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring processes with organizational goals will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Experience in designing and executing Hiring strategies and managing recruiting processes
- Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques to attract and retain top talent
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment with occasional remote opportunities
- Understanding of compliance and employment regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is desirable
- Hands on experience in IT Hiring for leading roles min. 4 years
