At Chipsilica, we are expanding our team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about identifying and engaging top talent in the semiconductor industry.
If you enjoy working closely with engineering teams, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, this role is for you.
Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Bangalore - On-site
Domain: Semiconductor / VLSI
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for VLSI roles including RTL Design, Verification, FPGA, and related domains
- Work closely with buisness development to understand the technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including professional networks and referrals
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and candidate communications efficiently
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey throughout the hiring process
- Drive timely offer rollouts and collaborate internally to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational goals
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and recruitment reports
What We're Looking For
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience hiring in semiconductor / VLSI / embedded domains is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
• Good understanding of compensation discussions and offer processes
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment
