Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruiting, coordinating hiring processes, creating and maintaining employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and sourcing qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with team leaders and department heads to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices
- Skills in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent
- Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment
- Strong Recruiting capabilities, including sourcing and engaging prospective candidates
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
