About the Role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire fast and hire well.

This is a high-ownership role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, and coordinating candidates across multiple functions.

Speed matters. Judgment matters. Communication matters.

What You’ll Do

• Own sourcing and early-stage screening across multiple roles (sales, operations, content, etc.)
• Work directly with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a fast, smooth hiring process
• Keep candidates warm with clear, consistent communication
• Track basic hiring metrics and identify bottlenecks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing ability (comfortable reaching out to candidates directly)
• High urgency and ability to juggle multiple roles at once
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team
• Willing to work in EST

Compensation 

• ₹50k – ₹75k / month
