What You’ll Actually Do (The Important Stuff)
🔥 Recruitment – End to End
- Own hiring from screening to offer letter
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Source candidates via social & professional platforms
- Plan interviews (calls, assessments, in-person rounds)
- Conduct background checks
- Suggest cool employer branding ideas
Bonus points if you:
- Have onboarding experience
- Understand the offboarding process
- Have knowledge of KRAs and Learning and Development
- Know how to work on HRMS tools like KEKA
