Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bengaluru South. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier talent to onboarding. The role includes crafting and executing innovative hiring strategies, conducting interviews, building a talent pipeline, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Collaboration with hiring managers and providing a seamless candidate experience are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and ability to manage hiring processes efficiently
- Experience with Employer Branding and developing strategies for attracting top talent
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Expertise in Recruitment systems and processes to build a solid talent pipeline
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in the construction or technology sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
