Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bengaluru. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS to streamline candidate sourcing, tracking, and onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment metrics, and dashboards in HRMS for management review.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry networking.
Specification:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in agency
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Preferably Zoho.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
