Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company career pages
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make hiring decisions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
