Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, identifying and hiring high-quality candidates to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include strategizing employer branding initiatives, coordinating interview processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help build a strong and engaged workforce, contributing to the company’s mission of empowering professionals through education.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies to identify and acquire top talent
- Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques to attract and retain candidates
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hiring managers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is an advantage
