About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely from home. This role is critical in supporting the recruitment efforts for our factory in Dubai, focusing on relocating talent and sourcing qualified candidates for manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within manufacturing or FMCG industries, and possess strong knowledge of international hiring practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by attracting and onboarding top talent from across the region and beyond. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our strategic objectives and operational needs.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management, or an equivalent field. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, especially with international hiring, is required. Experience working within manufacturing or FMCG industries will be considered a significant advantage. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using various recruitment tools and techniques. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations across different regions is essential to ensure compliance and fairness in hiring practices. Additionally, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Key responsibilities include driving the end-to-end talent acquisition process, reviewing and enhancing recruitment policies, and developing effective work processes and workflows. The incumbent will create and execute comprehensive hiring plans, coordinate induction programs, and maintain a robust database of job descriptions. They will leverage market intelligence, local knowledge, and innovative techniques to attract diverse and qualified candidates across the region. Serving as the primary point of contact for international hiring status updates, the specialist will facilitate communication with overseas talent acquisition teams and support their recruitment needs. Additionally, the role involves designing and analyzing periodic reports to track hiring progress, ensuring salary and benefits packages comply with internal and external pay equity standards, and managing pre-onboarding administrative tasks. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Other responsibilities include participating in recruitment meetings, supporting overseas HR teams, and executing ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management.
