About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our sales hiring efforts across India. This strategic role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles at all levels, including frontline, mid-management, and senior positions. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates promptly. This role requires a deep understanding of high-volume and specialized sales hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in building a strong sales team that aligns with Chai Point’s growth objectives and culture.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to sales hiring.
  • Proven track record of pan-India or multi-location recruitment, particularly for enterprise/B2B sales environments.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, especially within sales domains.
  • Deep understanding of sales competencies, performance metrics, and organizational structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate annual and quarterly hiring plans into actionable recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to inform decision-making.
  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake to offer closure and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Drive hiring for various sales roles including Enterprise Sales Managers, Channel Sales Managers, and other key positions across multiple geographies.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, maintaining adherence to hiring SLAs and quality standards.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales talent pipeline utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, industry networks, and proactive headhunting.
  • Develop regional sourcing strategies tailored for high-volume and niche sales roles.
  • Design role-specific job descriptions, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria to ensure consistency and quality in selection.
  • Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews focused on sales competencies like solution selling, negotiation, and account management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate structured interviews and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Manage reference checks, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a professional approach throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Enhance Chai Point’s employer brand within the sales talent community through targeted outreach, participation in hiring events, and branding campaigns.
  • Represent Chai Point at sales hiring events, job fairs, and networking forums to attract top talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratios to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to optimize efficiency and candidate quality.
