About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Stefanini North America and APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT industry is required. Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum Master is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience working in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders and executive management.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
