Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. The specialist will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Additionally, the role requires monitoring recruitment metrics and fostering candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, encompassing sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates for a variety of roles
- Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to attract quality talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams effectively
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
