Role Description
AYDAA Consulting & Services is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role also includes building relationships with hiring managers, developing innovative recruitment strategies, maintaining an applicant tracking system, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Candidate Relationship Management
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking
- Strong skills in Interviewing, Screening, and Candidate Assessment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in the consulting or professional services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
