Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
