Role: Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for energetic and result-driven professionals who can take ownership of end-to-end sourcing, especially in high-volume and grassroots hiring environments.

CANDIDATES WITH RECRUITMENT EXPRIENCE IN TEXTILE AND RELEVANT SOURCING EXPERIENCE IN BOTH TAMILNADU & MIGRANT HIRING FOR GARMENTS/APPAREL/HOME TEXTILE APPLICATION ARE INVITED.

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, TAMIL & HINDI PROFICIENCY IN SPEAKING IS MANDATORY

QUALIFICATION: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMART TALENT WHO HAS THE PASSION TO ACHIEVE MORE.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive recruitment for Tamil Nadu local hiring and migrant workforce sourcing
• Build strong sourcing channels through referrals, field networks, and innovative methods
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver on timelines
• Develop and manage vendor/agent networks for consistent candidate flow
• Conduct initial screenings and ensure quality candidate pipeline
• Explore new sourcing strategies including community hiring, events, and field engagement
• Job Nature would be remote and focus in hiring candidates from the source

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience or strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, or field hiring
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Experience in migrant hiring or blue-collar recruitment is a big advantage
• Candidates with a knack for talent hunting and building sourcing networks will stand out
• CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN ASAP WILL HAVE ADDED ADVANTAGE ON SALARY & PERKS.
