Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad District for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop strategies, building strong employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The individual will play a key role in maintaining a dynamic talent pipeline to support the company's growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills to identify top talent
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies to attract and engage candidates
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in leveraging ATS tools, recruitment platforms, and social media
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law
- Previous experience in tech or startup recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
