About The Role
We are an automation company who offers Global clients Business Process Automation and Business Process Outsourcing services. We are seeking a high-velocity Recruiter to anchor our India operations. This isn’t just a sourcing role; you will be the architect of our talent pipeline across Tier 1 hubs (NCR, Bangalore, Pune) and emerging Tier 2 satellites (Nashik, Vizag). You will manage a diverse desk ranging from campus interns to specialized AI developers and Finance analysts.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Leverage your existing network in the Delhi-NCR automation corridor and Maharashtra’s finance hubs to find “plug-and-play” talent.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the hiring journey for technology (Python/RPA), finance (AP/AR/Bookkeeping), and high-volume operations.
- Market Mapping: Advise leadership on regional “pockets of excellence” (e.g., sourcing AR analysts from Nashik vs. developers from Noida).
- University Relations: Build a sustainable pipeline by managing end-to-end campus recruitment at top-tier engineering and commerce colleges.
Success Metrics (Standard Industry KPIs)
We measure performance by precision, not just activity. You will be evaluated on:
Time-to-Fill (TTF):Tech/Finance/Mid-Level: < 20 daysEntry-Level/Operations : < 7 days
Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR): Maintain a > 85% benchmark through high-touch candidate engagement.Early Retention (90-Day Stability): Achieve < 3% attrition within the first 90 days (ensuring cultural and technical “fit”).Submittal-to-Interview Ratio: 3:1 (Quality over quantity).Weekly Throughput: Average of 2–3 high-quality offers extended per week across the desk.
What We Are Looking For
- The Automation Pedigree: You likely currently work for a leading BPM organization or a high-growth automation startup.
- The Regional Map: You strategically leverage India’s talent hubs—Gurgaon for voice and leadership capabilities, Noida for deep IT expertise, and emerging centers like Nashik and Vizag to drive high-quality, cost-efficient accounting operations.
- The Network: You have a “warm” database of mid-to-senior professionals in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Logistics space.
