Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further.
We’re looking for a passionate individual to join Our Team as a TA Specialist to manage and execute hiring for retail staff positions, including Store Sales Staff, Store Managers, and Store Helpers, for our Bengaluru outlets and manages our Gurugram office. You will play a key role in ensuring we have the right talent to create exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, local networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles such as Sales Staff, Store Managers, and Helpers.
2.Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the store leadership team to understand role requirements.
- Align hiring timelines with store opening and operational needs.
3.Coordination and Onboarding:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, background checks, and onboarding for selected candidates.
4.Brand Representation:
- Promote Aramya as an employer of choice during recruitment efforts.
- Highlight Aramya's growth opportunities and brand ethos to attract top talent.
5.Reporting and Metrics:
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Provide weekly updates to HR leadership on recruitment activities and challenges.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises and develop competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to Retail function, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition for retail stores.
- Prior Experience in Retail setup Mandatory
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job boards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
