JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Recruiter (Individual Contributor) to drive non technical hiring for the US market, focusing on roles such as Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other GTM (Go-To-Market) functions. This role requires deep expertise in US hiring practices, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based non-technical roles • Hire for roles such as Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, SDRs/BDRs, and Marketing roles
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations
• Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and Boolean search techniques
• Conduct screening calls and assess candidates based on role fit, communication, and business alignment
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach strategies
• Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication
• Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer closures independently
• Work on ATS/VMS platforms to maintain accurate data and reporting
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, talent market insights, and compensation benchmarks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 10+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on US non-technical/GTM hiring
• Proven experience hiring for:
• Sales Engineer, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, SDR/BDR & Marketing roles
• Strong understanding of US employment types: W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp
• Hands-on experience with ATS and VMS tools
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and passive hiring
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple roles and close positions
• Knowledge of US visa processes and compliance basics
