Work Mode: Onsite (5.5 Days)
Preference: Candidates from Ghaziabad / Noida who can commute easily to Sector 90,
Noida on a daily basis.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist specialized in Technical Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep
understanding of technical roles and hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and
networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage candidate pipeline, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding activities.
• Meet hiring targets within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in IT / Technical recruitment.
• Hands-on hiring experience for roles such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Developers,
DevOps, Cloud, QA, and Leadership roles.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
