About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us build strong teams beyond technology roles.
Although we are a technology company, this role will not focus on IT recruitment. We are looking for someone with experience in hiring for business, creative, marketing, operations, HR, strategy, and other non-technical functions.
The ideal candidate should understand people, culture, and business requirements, and have the ability to identify talent that aligns with our growth journey.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring for non-IT roles such as:
Sales & Business Development
Marketing & Content
Operations
Finance
HR
Strategy
Design & Creative roles
Corporate functions
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment trends and candidate behaviour.
