Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional duties include strategizing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role requires staying updated on industry trends and providing recruitment insights to improve hiring practices.We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented VLSI Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring semiconductor professionals across Physical Design, Verification, DFT, Analog Layout, and related domains.
Qualifications
- End-to-end recruitment for VLSI & Semiconductor positions
- Sourcing profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and internal database
- Screening candidates based on technical skill sets (PD, STA, DV, DFT, Analog, etc.)
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and follow-ups
- Negotiating salary and closing candidates within deadlines
- Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
- Building strong talent networks in the VLSI industry.
- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate
- Experience in semiconductor or VLSI hiring is mandatory
